In one of the most advanced and best equipped laboratories in Europe, we continuously seek to develop the best quality practices, by introducing contemporary processes for testing the quality of honey. These begin with the specialized organoleptic checks that we implement, and conclude with the operation of state-of-the-art testing equipment. Indicatively, we cite the LC-MS/ MS system for antibiotics and pesticide residue, the ΕΑ-LC/ IRMS system to trace instances of adulteration, the HPLC to analyze sugar and detect foreign enzymes, and many more. This is how we test the authenticity and natural character of our honey at the highest level.
